Forklift Helps Habitat for Humanity ReStore Manage Donations Safely

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a thrift store that sells everything home-related, from building materials like lumber and drywall to furniture and home decor. It's a major source of revenue for the Habitat for Humanity, which is dedicated to providing housing to low-income families. They receive donations from many sources, including bulk donations from retailers and construction companies, and these are sometimes a lot to handle.

The purchase of a new forklift, funded by a grant from CHC Foundation, will simplify the process of unloading, storing, and moving donations, creating a safer work environment for ReStore staff and allowing the store to accept more donations.
